originating and processing all types of
mortgages. Besides the standard Conforming,
Nonconforming and Government loans, we process a
great deal of Jumbo loans, as well as
“no-income” and “stated income” mortgages. We
also cater to the “first time homebuyer” and
have access to Government grant money. We even
have several products that actually lend more
than one hundred percent of the value of the
property. And if this wasn’t enough, we also
originate Commercial Mortgages, too!
